We are planning on a AGM for November 2009.  Details to follow at a later date.

 

The following minutes will not be accepted till next meeting.

Our AGM was held on Feb 7,2009.

Just to give you an up-date we had a successful AGM and once the officers are selected a more formal announcement will be made. Due to time constraints no discussion or decision was made on the Affiliation Agreement.
